Neera Agnihotri of Agnihotri Immigration Consulting has raised serious concerns after discovering her firm’s name was fraudulently used in forged Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs) — documents required for hiring foreign workers in Canada.
“These fake documents are exploiting people’s dreams and damaging the reputation of legitimate consultants,” says Agnihotri.
