Atlantic High-Skilled Program (AHSP)
The Atlantic High-Skilled Program (AHSP) is a part of the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP), which is a new Canadian immigration initiative introduced in 2017 and intended for the future as well. Under this program, foreign workers eligible for the program and having a job offer from an Atlantic Canada employer can apply for Canadian permanent residence. The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship (IRCC) department is committed to processing 80 percent of the applications within six months.
